Flying Pole

Flying Pole has been created to give you the freedom to combine pole and aerial into something new and exciting.

We will offer different levels for students with class assessments (last 2 class), including -

Basic Tech |

 for absolute beginner 

Learning - basic Climb, spin, A spin , fairy, fireman, chair, chair spin

Beg |

Prerequisite - completed Basic Tech x 1 time 

Learning - fairy, fireman, cradle, pole sit, chair spin, spin (both split grip & forearm grip)

Assessments - Spinning climb, A spin, spinning climb to fairy & 1 designed combo

Lv 1 |

Prerequisite- passed Beg x 1 time

Learning - Spilt grip, Basic right side invert, sit to hello boy, ice skater, pencil, basic fan kick, layout

Assessments - Basic right side invert (holding 5’), pole sit, pencil (holding 5’) & 1 designed combo

Flying Pole Tech - Invert

Lv 2 | 

Prerequisite- passed Lv 1 x 2 times

Learning - open leg cradle to invert, cross-leg layback, both sides basic invert, basic / side climb to ballerina, air walk, air fan kick

Assessments - both side basic invert (holding 5’) , open leg cradle to invert, side climb to ballerina & combos 

Lv 3 |

Prerequisite- passed Lv 2 x 2 times

Learning - straight-leg layback, right side aerial invert, leg hangs, basic butterfly (Venus), jade split

Assessments - right side invert, Venus, Leg Hangs & combos

Lv 4 | 

Prerequisite- passed Lv 3 x 2 times

Learning - both sides aerial invert, wrong side aerial invert & tricks, shoulder mount, brass monkey, butterfly, pike, basic static v

Assessment -

For learning, apart from those mentioned tricks, we may also learn additional tricks for improving your skills and securing every transition safely
